Holly - Mae Gibson

Holly-Mae’s initial foray into television began with a Commissioning Apprenticeship at ITV, after which she became a freelance script reader for several award-winning production companies including Tall Story Pictures and Red Plant Pictures. She then went on to build a diverse industry background, firstly within production teams for series including Britannia (Sky/Vertigo) and Murder in Provence (ITV/Monumental), before going on to provide development consultancy and script editing for the female-led production company Untamed Stories and highly acclaimed The Writers Lab Europe.

Most recently as Development Editor at Emmy award-winning production company Big Light Productions she managed global writers’ rooms, spearheaded research-driven development, and helped secure commissions through her proactive IP scouting and talent nurturing, working on titles for HBO, BBC, Sky, Apple TV and Legendary. With a sharp eye for story, a talent for collaboration, and a decade of industry experience, she continues to help shape resonant, imaginative content for international audiences.
